     Either i receive "Request Failed!" or what appears to be sent with date and time, with no response.

     Dear support, i've tried it. Some days i want to believe it went through since it shows date and time. While other days it shows "Request Failed!"

     support why not have a simple icon or indication to show its not possible to send data logs it wastes a lot of time trying.

    Sorry for that. Sometimes, our server will be overloaded, then it can't be sent datalog. Sorry for the inconvenience caused for you. Now we will check our sever everyday to keep it running normally.

    Having issues sending logs also. Get a upload failed message.

     surely that is something you should have already been doing there must be hundreds every day how do you ever expect to get on top of the problems if you don't look at the logs.

     Once again cannot send my datalogs. Can download updates so the connection with internet is ok.
